Welcome to the AASCC website. The Architects Association of Santa Cruz County was originally formed in 1982. Our membership includes architects and affiliated professionals who live or work in Santa Cruz County. Our goals include increasing public awareness of architecture, facilitating a discussion between design professionals and the regulatory agencies, and fostering communications between design and building professionals. We offer monthly presentations on a wide variety of architecture related topics. If you are looking for a local architect, please explore our Members Page. You will find contact information for our architect members and links to available websites. Our major event of the year is the Open Architecture Tour. It is a self-guided tour of projects designed by local architects. Held in mid May, the tour has proven to be very popular with the public and a very successful fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity.
